Campbelltown Eye Care is a long-established, family-owned independent practice that has cared for the local community for more than 40 years. With a September 2026 commencement, we're looking for an Optometrist who is available to join our team this year.

Our full-scope practice is equipped with Zeiss OCT, widefield imaging and Humphrey Visual Field, supporting diverse clinical work including ocular disease management, contact lenses and children's vision care. You'll have the clinical independence to provide thorough, patient-focused care while building lasting relationships with your patients.

While dispensing isn't part of the role, a sound understanding of lenses and eyewear is significant because great patient outcomes don't end with the prescription.

What you’ll be doing:
Delivering comprehensive eye examinations across a diverse patient base




Managing ocular health, including glaucoma and macular conditions
Providing tailored recommendations across both clinical and optical solutions
Building strong, ongoing relationships with patients

What we’re looking for:
An Optometrist who takes pride in thorough, patient-focused care
Solid clinical judgement and attention to detail
Confidence working independently within a supportive team
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with patients
