H&R; Block Australia are seeking Client Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre team based in Moonee Ponds.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The Moonee Ponds office is conveniently located close to public transport, cafes, and local amenities.

Key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls to book tax appointments
Making warm outbound reminder calls to existing H&R; Block clients (no cold calling)
Delivering a qualified and positive customer experience
Working collaboratively with the team during peak periods
