You may be an experienced Educator or Trainer / Facilitator, with a background in leadership development, talent development, professional development, adult learning, or leadership coaching Seeking a Career Transition.

This remote prospect allows you to apply your expertise to a current career opportunity while supporting high-quality learning programs designed to foster personal, professional and leadership growth.

We work alongside you in an independent contract role to develop and grow your skill base and grow. You will work with and learn from experienced professionals in our business community.

Who This Role Is Well Suited To

Minimum 5 years skilled experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, training, coaching, consulting, or education field

Comfortable working with learning programs and leadership training
n
Values autonomy, qualified growth, and remote work flexibility

Key Responsibilities

Engage with professionals interested in leadership and personal development programs
n




Offer and provide Professional leadership training
n
Conduct professional conversations with prospective participants
n
Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
n
Generate Leads (full training provided) using a variety of online digital platforms
n
Work independently while collaborating with a professional international network
