YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for the Drouin Outdoor Pool for the summer season. You will oversee centre functions during shifts, maintain relationships with users, and uphold safety standards. This casual role offers leadership responsibilities and a solid community impact.

Applicants should hold a Lifeguard Certificate, CPR, and First Aid, with a commitment to safety and wellbeing of all facility users, including children and families. In office involvement is required.
