Reporting to the Group Workplace Relations Manager, you’ll provide practical HR advice, interpret industrial instruments, and conduct investigations as part of a growing team. Ideal candidates have prior Workplace Relations/IR experience, relevant HR/IR qualifications preferred, and solid stakeholder management.
