We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Eaton Fair. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you'll be doing

Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets
n
Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
n
Coaching, developing and engaging your Assistant Manager and team
n
Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
n
Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
n
Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
n
Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity
n
Maintaining a safe, compliant and well‐presented store environment
n

About you

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
n
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs
n
Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
n
Passionate about customer experience and team development
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
