This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians or workshop controller who want to transition into a leadership role, managing workshop operations and driving excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks
n
Coordinate and support a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
n
Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and quality control
n




Maintain an organised and efficient workflow, managing parts and resources effectively
n
Assist in training and development for team members
n

n

Preferred Experience:

n

n
Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician, with a solid understanding of repair and maintenance processes
n
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
n
Volkswagen experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
n
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced workplace
