This role is available part-time (3 or 4 days per week) for the right applicant.

About the Role

n

As our Scheduler / Customer Service Officer, you'll be an significant part of our team, helping keep our technicians organised and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Scheduling technicians and coordinating jobs through ServiceM8
n
Keeping the daily schedule running smoothly and ensuring bookings are accurate through strong attention to detail
n
Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
n




Providing clear information about our services
n
Responding to urgent customer requests and resolving scheduling issues as they arise
n
Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
Supporting the Team Leader and Team Coordinator with day-to-day administration
n

Experience

Administration and customer service experience essential

Scheduling experience highly desirable
