Job Description

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a senior ML/AI systems engineer to advance autonomous agents, planning, and multi-agent orchestration. You will push the architecture toward scalable, memory-aware execution, integrating tools and live APIs to resolve tasks with minimal human input.

Hybrid work is supported from Melbourne, Australia. You should have 5+ years building production ML/AI systems, solid evaluation instincts, and fluency in Python and PyTorch.
