Thompson Brain & Mind Healthcare (TBMH) is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experiencedGovernance Officerto join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is an key role within our organisation, supporting strong governance, risk, compliance and quality systems across an increasingly diverse mental healthcare and clinical research workplace.

TBMH operates at the intersection ofmental healthcare, neuroscience, innovation and clinical research, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic setting where good governance is not simply about compliance but rather it helps enable the organisation to grow safely and sustainably.

The successful candidate will ideally bring experience in areas such as:
Risk management and compliance
Policy development and review
Board and committee governance
Clinical trials, research or other regulated environments

For the right person, this is an opportunity to help shape the governance framework of a growing organisation doing some genuinely innovative work in mental health.
