Job Description

PEER is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead our Quality & Compliance department, reporting to the CEO. You will oversee the organisation's quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement framework across the RTO and GTO facets.

In this role you will manage audits, coordinate regulatory obligations, drive risk management and governance reporting, and support training outcomes through stakeholder engagement and capability development.
