This is an key role within our organisation, supporting strong governance, risk, compliance and quality systems across an increasingly diverse mental healthcare and clinical research environment.

TBMH operates at the intersection ofmental healthcare, neuroscience, innovation and clinical research, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic workplace where valuable governance is not simply about compliance but rather it helps enable the organisation to grow safely and sustainably.

The successful candidate will ideally bring experience in areas such as:
Risk management and compliance
Policy development and review
Board and committee governance
Clinical trials, research or other regulated environments
