We're currently seeking Head Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role

n

Lead a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment
n
Oversee meal production across breakfast, crib and dinner services
n
Manage food safety, HACCP and quality standards
n
Monitor kitchen budgets, food costs and operational performance
n
Develop and mentor team members
n
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
n

These are FIFO/BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster,



working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

n

n
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
n
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
n
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Able to work in remote settings and varying weather conditions
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
n
