Job Description

Angle Auto Finance is seeking a Financial Assistance Consultant to provide personalised support to customers facing financial hardship, reporting to the Team Manager, Financial Hardship. You will build rapport through thoughtful conversations, assess personal circumstances, and recommend sustainable solutions aligned with policy.

You will connect customers to external support services as needed and maintain accurate notes to ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.
