About the Role

As the Assistant Club Manager, you’ll be the face of the club - driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose.

Day in the Life
Assisting in managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience
Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or part-timers
Creating engaging social media content (think stories, reels, interviews)
Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
Hitting targets
