As our pipeline continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our high-performing Brisbane team.

This role offers something different.

You'll work across both our development and construction businesses — partnering on front-end feasibility and cost planning while also leading hard dollar tenders on major external projects.

n

It's an chance to influence projects from concept through to delivery.

What you'll be responsible for:

Leading cost planning and hard dollar estimating across major projects
n
Partnering with development teams on feasibility, design input, and value engineering
n
Managing end-to-end tender submissions
n
Engaging and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
n




Identifying commercial risks and opportunities to drive project outcomes
n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
Brings Senior Estimator experience within a Tier 1 / Tier 2 builder or developer
n
Has strong capability across both cost planning and hard dollar estimating
n
Has experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
n
Thinks commercially and influences outcomes early
n
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing stakeholders
n
