Arc’teryx is seeking a dedicated recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple business areas in a rapid-paced workplace. You will source, interview, and assess candidates and work with hiring managers to create unbiased interview scorecards.
You will partner with local and regional P&C; and Talent teams to craft data-driven strategies, manage postings in Workable and Lever, and support onboarding and Workday data entry to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
