About the Role

This is a fantastic chance for someone with a background in sales administration or customer service who is looking to fast-track their career toward a Account Manager role. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of national and cross-regional clients, working closely with National Account Managers to keep service, pricing and communication running smoothly.

Day to day, you'll:
Build robust relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage regular contact cycles
Resolve customer queries on pricing, service, accounts and invoicing
Maintain accurate customer data and documentation across internal systems
Coordinate service delivery with branch operations and support teams
Support renewals, contract variations and quotes alongside National Account Managers




Produce weekly and monthly reporting on customer service activity and performance

About You
You aspire to grow into an Account Manager role and want to be backed to get there
Strong communicator, confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Strong Excel skills
Prior experience in sales administration, customer service or a coordination role
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced commercial environment
