About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural equipment while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Diagnosing and repairing tractors, hay tools, and other agricultural equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment servicing.
Preparing new and used equipment for delivery.
Completing work orders and maintaining accurate service records.
Conducting field service work and supporting customers on-site when required.
Keeping up to date with the latest equipment and technology through ongoing training.

What are we looking for?




Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment qualification OR currently apprenticed in this Trade.
Has robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Has a strong customer service focus.
Is committed to ongoing learning and development.
