Care Forum in Sydney is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention across client groups. You will conduct speech, language, and dysphagia assessments, develop therapy plans, and monitor progress with outcome measures.

You will collaborate with families, carers and health specialists to deliver person-centered and culturally responsive care. The position is a contract, hybrid role based in Sydney with some home-based work depending on service needs.
