About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to join our growing automotive marketing team. This role covers end-to-end marketing operation support, including brand material management, offline event execution, OEM marketing administration, lead data management and cross-stakeholder coordination. Ideal for candidates with solid execution skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for hands-on marketing work.

What you'll be doing
Handle OEM marketing documentation, subsidy application processes and brand compliance administration for multiple vehicle brands.
Manage full lifecycle of showroom marketing assets, including large posters, in-store displays and promotional materials.
Coordinate and execute offline marketing campaigns, pop-up events and local showroom activations.
Maintain, clean and organise customer lead data, track basic marketing performance and generate regular data summaries.
Communicate and coordinate with internal sales teams, shopping centres, vendors and external contractors.
Assist social media content preparation, material sorting and routine brand account maintenance.

What we're looking for
Proficient in mainstream office and design software,



especially Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple marketing projects concurrently.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.
High attention to detail in document handling and project execution.
Full Australian working rights.

Preferred Skills
Prior marketing operation or event experience (automotive industry preferred).
Basic understanding of social media content workflow.
Quick learner, self-driven and reliable work attitude.
