About the role

You'll be responsible for helping customers with water testing, products and equipment, learning our range and confidently recommending and selling solutions, answering phones and handling customer enquiries, booking pool servicing, repairs and installations, using our POS, booking and computer systems, and following up enquiries and helping keep the store running smoothly.

About you
Outgoing, confident and comfortable starting a conversation
Reliable and willing to take ownership
Comfortable on the phone and with computers




Keen to learn technical products and how to sell them
Available to work weekends
Experience in front-of-house hospitality, retail, sales or another customer-facing role is highly regarded
