The Role
Lead the project from pre-construction, procurement and mobilisation through to completion and handover
Manage programme, budget, forecasting, procurement and overall commercial performance
Coordinate consultants, design development, subcontractors and key project stakeholders
Work closely with the Site Manager to manage basement construction, structure, façade, services, fit-out and finishes
Lead the project team across safety, quality, contractual compliance and day-to-day delivery




Manage project risks, variations, reporting, commissioning, handover and defects

The Criteria
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering apartment developments
Robust understanding of apartment construction methodology, sequencing, services coordination and high-quality finishes
Solid commercial capability across procurement, forecasting, subcontract management, variations and project reporting
Demonstrated ability to lead site, commercial and consultant teams through the complete project lifecycle
