Job Description

We are currently offering a kitchen role to a passionate Pastry Cook that prides themselves on quality, attention to detail and creativity. This individual will be part of our team of likeminded specialists that have a passion for handmade artisan patisserie. Job tasks and responsibilities As one of our Pastry Cooks, you will be required to assist the Pastry Chef and the Sous Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen. Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Production of daily bakery and patisserie items including preparing doughs and pastry fillings, baking, glazing and decorating pastry products.
OH&S; and Food Safety compliance
Undertaking training and development
Stock control, COGS management and ordering
Assisting in the creation of recent and innovative pastry products
Adhering to dietary guidelines and allergen management

Skills and experience We are seeking a driven individual,
