Qualifications & experience




Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and/or Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Current full driver’s license
Experience working as a team player that contributes to positive work culture and can work autonomously
Residential and Commercial experience desired.
Split System & Ducted air conditioning installation experience desired.

Tasks & responsibilities
Lead and support a team of technicians on residential, commercial, and industrial electrical jobs
Coordinate daily job schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards
Provide on-site supervision and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met
Assist with planning, quoting, and ordering materials for upcoming projects
Mentor apprentices and junior staff to build skills and maintain team culture
Report on job progress, variations, and any issues to management
