Full Stack Fulfillment is a private fulfillment company specializing in labeling, drop shipping, and 3PL logistics for supplements, nutraceuticals and skincare products, located in Stapylton, Gold Coast. We aim to streamline inventory management, shipping and marketing for our partners, helping businesses deliver products efficiently to customers.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Storeperson will play a pivotal role in the smooth operations and logistics of our warehouse ensuring that products are handled efficiently, securely, and meets company quality standards through all facets of warehouse responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Receive, process, and store incoming inventory
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Label, scan, and process orders through the warehouse management system (WMS)
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process changes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse work area
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications




Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience a plus, but not required
Ability to read and understand order sheets, invoices, and labels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn new processes, systems and ways of working
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes/products
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Basic computer or scanner knowledge helpful
Forklift licence
