ISS Facility Services is seeking a Village Manager to lead village operations on a FIFO 8 days on/6 days off roster, flying from Brisbane to regional Queensland sites. You will manage 50+ staff, drive safety, cost control and KPI performance while reporting to the Key Account Manager.

Solid leadership, budget discipline and HR/IR knowledge are essential. The role includes delivering high service standards, staff development and ensuring HSE compliance across client villages.
