About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution, leading cross-functional software development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

● Project Delivery: Drive projects from inception through to deployment

● Sprint Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and release planning.

● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between developers, product managers and executive leadership.

● Risk & Resource Management: Identify bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, and manage resource allocation across active initiatives.

● Process Optimization: Continuously refine development workflows, ensure transparent requirements/acceptance criteria, and track team velocity.

What We Are Looking For

● Experience: 3+ years managing projects.

● Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a knack for unblocking development teams.
