In the role you will be required to :

Create & proof Advertising for properties

OFI's and Leasing of current properties, including tenant application approval

Tenant call backs and appointment setting

Providing Owner with feedback and presenting applications to them

Work with existing and potential clients to maximise all opportunities

Ensuring all documentation is completed to comply with current laws and industry regulations

Working with REAPIT Sales & PM Modules, along with IRE

Having your current Real Estate registration is a requirement and experience in Console, Agent Box and Inspect Real Estate are a distinct advantage. Opportunity for career advancement for the motivated individual is certain.

The role will require full day Saturday work, with time off during the week. In addition to a self-inspiring, robust work ethic, and a drive to succeed, the ability to work as part of a friendly and motivated team is necessary.

You will be remunerated with a base salary, incentives, mobile phone, laptop, company car and fuel card.
