Southport Sharks is looking for experienced Lead Bartenders to work across our diverse venues, including the vibrant Kaktus Mexican restaurant and our relaxed Lounge Bar.

This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to run a smooth service, create quality cocktails and bring energy to the team.

You’ll bring:

• Strong bar experience
• Confidence preparing cocktails
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to lead and support the team during busy services
• Reliable weekend and evening availability
• TAB experience would be a bonus, but is not essential
