Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Civil Subdivision Labourers to join an established civil construction contractor working across Beenleigh and surrounding suburbs.

This is an excellent chance for candidates looking for consistent hours, ongoing subdivision work and the prospect to upskill into plant operation.

You will be working as part of an experienced civil crew across residential and commercial subdivision projects. The role will involve a mixture of general civil labouring, drainage support, site preparation and assisting operators on site.

Key Responsibilities
General civil labouring across subdivision projects
Assisting with trenching, drainage and pipe laying
Backfilling and site preparation
Spotting machinery and working safely around mobile plant




Assisting with site setup and traffic control
General site clean-up and housekeeping
Using hand and power tools
Supporting operators and trades on site as required
Maintaining a protected and productive work environment

What We're Looking For
Previous civil construction or subdivision experience preferred
Understanding of drainage, services and earthworks
Construction White Card
Valid driver's licence
Reliable transport
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Good understanding of workplace health and safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a civil construction crew
