The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Director from Systems Engineering & Integration to join a growing specialist team delivering complex rail and infrastructure projects across Queensland. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading Systems Engineering and Integration activities on major projects
Developing Systems Integration strategies, plans and roadmaps
Providing technical leadership across integration, testing and commissioning
Developing operational readiness frameworks and supporting trial operations




Leading systems assurance, verification and validation activities
Developing operational, maintenance and test concepts
Supporting project testing strategies, sequencing and commissioning priorities
Working across multidisciplinary teams and supporting business development
Providing technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the wider team

The Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Significant experience delivering large, complex projects
Demonstrated experience integrating complex systems from subsystem level through to end-to-end operational integration
Solid understanding of systems assurance, safety, V&V;, testing and commissioning
Experience in rail systems integration is highly desirable
Knowledge of CBTC and/or ETCS is highly advantageous
Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management would be beneficial
