Job Description

Cerebral Palsy Alliance on the Central Coast, NSW, is seeking passionate Support Workers to empower adults living in CPA group homes and in Home & Community programs. You will provide respectful support with personal care, meals, medication and daily routines.

You will help build independence, support community engagement and transport, and follow person-centred plans with empathy. Driver licence (P2+), mobility support, and 3 days/week across wide-ranging shifts are required.
