Job Description

HTS Constructions is seeking a proactive Payroll & P&C; Officer to join our People & Culture team in Brisbane. The role covers end-to-end payroll processing, award interpretation, onboarding, and policy development in a small, rapid-growing workplace.

You will own outcomes with autonomy, report to the P&C; Manager, support recruitment, WHS training across states, and help shape core HR policies. Immediate start and Brisbane office base.
