Our client, a leading Australian organisation, is undertaking a strategic IAM Platform Migration as part of a broader enterprise transformation. This high‐profile initiative will determine and implement the future IAM platform across the organisation, providing a unique opportunity to influence technology strategy and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Own the end‐to‐end delivery of the IAM platform selection and migration program.
n
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, priorities and delivery outcomes.
n
Support the evaluation and selection of the future IAM platform through the RFP decision‐making process.
n
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
n
Drive successful migration from existing IAM platforms to the selected solution.
n
Facilitate decision‐making and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.




n
Ensure delivery outcomes meet business objectives, compliance requirements and customer needs.
n

About You

n

n
Extensive Product Owner experience within complex enterprise settings.
n
Solid Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise.
n
Proven experience delivering IAM integrations and platform migrations.
n
Hands‐on experience with platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity or similar IAM solutions.
n
Strong project delivery and program execution capability.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
Commercial acumen and the ability to balance business outcomes with delivery priorities.
n
Ability to operate comfortably across both strategic and hands‐on delivery activities.
n
Insurance industry experience.
n
RFP evaluation and vendor selection processes.
n
Human‐Centred Design methodologies.
n
Business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
n
