What skills do you need?

Adaptable and willing to do any of the shop tasks
You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD – You must be 16)

Most importantly, our stores rely on volunteers to operate successfully, so we are seeking people that commit to a weekly 4-hour shift. We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and if you're unable to make a shift, we simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can arrange cover.

What’s the application process?

We’ll then have a friendly interview in store and ask you a few questions and you can ask us questions too
Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross)
You will also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail program
