Kingswim Manor Lakes is thriving, and we’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

This is more than an Assistant Centre Manager role. It’s an opportunity to build the skills, experience and confidence needed to progress into a Centre Manager position.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Centre Manager, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of running a successful Kingswim centre. From leading and developing teams, driving customer experience and supporting centre performance, to being right there on pool deck and understanding what makes a excellent day at Kingswim, you’ll be learning what it takes to lead a centre of your own.

Manor Lakes already has solid foundations, a great team and plenty of momentum. Your opportunity is to help take it further while developing yourself as a future Centre Manager.

This is a full-time role, paid at $33.31 per hour (Level 7 Fitness Industry Award).
