Join a high‑performing warehouse team where customer service, accuracy and safety are at the heart of everything we do. This role is responsible for picking and fulfilling customer orders, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

Picking, assisting and loading customer orders with robust accuracy

Receiving, storing and packing incoming stock

Loading/unloading vehicles, trucks and containers

Conducting stock take, periodic checks and reporting discrepancies

Safe manual handling and operation of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, tow tugs, forklifts)

Maintaining a tidy, secure and compliant warehouse

Assisting with ad‑hoc deliveries or pick‑ups when required

What we’re looking for:

1+ year warehouse/labour experience

Customer service experience in a warehouse environment





Solid communication, time management and problem‑solving skills

Ability to multi‑task and work well in a team

Tech‑savvy with devices used for picking and receiving

Exposure to building or construction industry (advantageous)
