Job Description
We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: Proven expertise or understanding in third party governance and compliance frameworks and how governance structures support accountability, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance across the contract lifecycle.

Highly developed skills in identifying, assessing and mitigating ICT risks arising from third-party engagements, with the ability to balance risk tolerance with business continuity needs.
n
Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including solid interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate with influence and establish positive, strategic partnerships and cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills including proven capability to interpret contract terms,
audit findings and compliance data to identify trends and systemic issues as it relates to ICT third party arrangements.
n
Demonstrated expert knowledge and understanding of the strategic direction and legislative and governance frameworks and the ability to effectively drive compliance, influence decision-making, and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory/Special conditions/Other requirementsThe following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role: Whilst not mandatory, experience or knowledge in third party management would be highly regarded.
