Landscape Architect / Operations Manager

This is a unique hybrid Landscape Architect / Operations Manager role combining design, project coordination, and business operations. You'll work closely with the Director, construction team and clients to help take projects from initial enquiry through design, quoting, scheduling, construction and completion. Your week will be varied, involving client meetings, landscape design, project coordination, operations management, and helping run the business day to day. This is not a desk-only design position.

Key responsibilities

Meeting clients and developing landscape concepts

n

Preparing or coordinating landscape plans and selections

n

Helping turn designs into explicit scopes of works

n

Coordinating quotes, suppliers and project information

n

Reviewing upcoming construction projects with the team

n

Checking that jobs are properly prepared before crews arrive

n

Following up clients, consultants and suppliers

n

Monitoring project timelines and outstanding actions

n





Managing project information from enquiry through to completion and keeping project management systems accurate and up to date

n

Helping organise the construction and maintenance teams, assisting with scheduling and resource planning

n
