Pastry Chef – Casual | Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Location: Maggio’s Bakery Cammeray, Sydney

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pastry Chef to join our dedicated team at Maggio’s Bakery Cammeray—one of Sydney’s busiest and most respected Italian patisseries.

About the Role
Casual position based in Cammeray
Early morning starts required
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
Preparation and baking of a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods
Cake decorating and finishing to a high professional standard
High-volume, consistent production of cakes and pastries
Maintain excellent hygiene standards and a clean, organized kitchen

Requirements
Certificate III or higher in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar pastry or bakery production role
Strong cake decorating and finishing skills
Solid baking knowledge and exceptional attention to detail




Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Own transport highly preferred due to early start times
