Job Description

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home OT assessments and interventions across a community aged care setting in Northern Sydney, NSW. The role offers full time or part time arrangements, with travel between clients and a focus on promoting independence and safety.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide ADL support, modify homes, prescribe equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve wellbeing for older adults.
