About the Role We're hiring a Property Management Assistant to support a residential Australian property portfolio. You'll handle day-to-day administration across tenancy documentation, maintenance coordination, arrears follow-up and stakeholder communication. The client operates across Australian states, so broad familiarity with Australian residential PM processes is required.

This is a fully remote, full-time role working core Australian business hours (AEST or as aligned to the client's operating timezone).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, renewals, addendums and compliance files
n
Process applications and references, schedule inspections and update condition reports
n
Log, triage and track maintenance requests with trades, owners and tenants
n




Monitor arrears and issue reminders, notes and reports to the local PM lead
n
Keep the PM database accurate with clean notes, tasks and document links
n
Produce weekly activity summaries and ad hoc reports as requested
n
Minimum 2 years in residential property management administration or an assistant PM role
n
Hands-on experience with PropertyTree preferred; other PM platforms considered
n
Solid understanding of Australian residential tenancy processes and terminology
n
Confident managing contracts, maintenance pipelines, arrears and inspection scheduling
n
Clear spoken English and professional written communication
n
Available full time, working core Australian business hours
