About the role

n

Reporting directly to the business owner, you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations on a medium sized company portfolio whilst gearing the team up for organic growth and overseeing trust accounting functions.

Skills & experience

n

n
Ideally 5+ x years experience as a Senior Property Manager
n
Robust knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
n
Proficient with Property Me & trust accounting
n
Leadership qualities for succession planning
n
Process driven
n
SA real estate licence essential
n
