Part time Talent Resourcer – Tech Recruitment
Sydney / Remote | 2–3 Days per Week
x3 Month Contract Engagement - with a view to extension

TalentReady is looking for a Part time Talent Resourcer to join the business and support a growing portfolio of technology and FinTech clients.

This is a hands-on sourcing role where you'll be working across live requirements from day one, identifying and engaging high-quality tech talent across the Australian market.

The Role
Working closely with director, you'll take ownership of the top of the recruitment funnel across multiple live roles.

You'll be responsible for:
Sourcing candidates across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, AI, DevOps and other specialist technology roles
Building targeted talent pools against live client requirements
Conducting initial candidate outreach and generating interest in opportunities
Screening profiles against technical and commercial requirements
Keeping candidate pipelines organised and up to date
Supporting multiple searches across TalentReady's client portfolio
Moving quickly — these are live roles with active hiring managers,



not speculative talent mapping

What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have previous experience as a Resourcer, Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, with exposure to technology recruitment.

You'll be someone who:
Can confidently search for niche technical skill sets
Understands Boolean search and proactive headhunting
Is comfortable approaching passive candidates
Can quickly understand a brief and translate it into a sourcing strategy
Is organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
Enjoys the sourcing side of recruitment and finding candidates others struggle to find

The Opportunity
This will initially suit someone looking for 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around how those days are structured.
You'll be joining a small, growing recruitment business where you'll have plenty of autonomy and the chance to work across a variety of clients and technology roles.
Most importantly, there is real work ready to go — you'll be sourcing against live requirements from day one.
