About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll be the driving force behind the kitchen, leading a team that takes pride in serving quality pub meals and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team
Delivering high-quality food service across lunch and dinner
Creating fresh menu ideas and seasonal specials
Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Monitoring food costs and labour targets
Maintaining food safety and compliance standards
Building a positive, motivated, and high-performing kitchen culture

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the kitchen, leading from the front,



and getting the best out of their team.

Your Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef
Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
Experience in busy pubs, hotels, clubs, or bistros
Good commercial understanding of food costs and stock control
A passion for quality food and hospitality
Excellent organisation and communication skills
The ability to stay cool during busy service periods
