We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team on a casual basis at our Hurstville, NSW location within the Hurstville area. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our brand philosophy to life and taking our customers on a journey to find their next great outfit.

As a Retail Assistant with yd., your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:

Delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with shoppers to understand their style needs

Assisting customers with finding the right fits, sizes, and coordinated outfits
n




Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the sales floor is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing
n
Operating the point of sale (POS) system, handling transactions accurately, and managing customer inquiries or returns
n
Working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and daily store goals
n
Participating in stockroom duties, processing deliveries, and managing inventory as required
