Senior Commercial Property Manager (Contract)

Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join a leading, global provider of property management services, supporting clients across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. The company is committed to delivering high-quality property solutions and fostering qualified growth within a cooperative setting. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing complex property portfolios, including financial oversight, tenant liaison, and compliance to assist with this 4 month contract role. This role is responsible for the overall performance of a prominent A Grade, CBD office tower, ensuring effective communication with the landlord, tenants, and contractors. You will oversee financial management, reporting, and compliance, while driving operational excellence and supporting team members as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial, industrial,



or retail property portfolios
n
Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective property operations
n
Prepare monthly reports, annual business plans, and cash flow budgets
n
Monitor financial transactions, authorise payments, and oversee debt collection
n
Administer leases, coordinate renewals, rent reviews, and compliance matters
n
Stay updated on market trends and building services technology
n

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 4 years' experience in commercial property management
n
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence; tertiary property qualifications
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
