About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Investigate operational incidents and service issues




Conduct root cause analysis and prepare clear documentation
Coordinate remediation actions with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate incident records and reporting
Identify trends, risks and prospects for improvement
Support compliance, audit and governance requirements
Promote a strong risk‑aware culture across the organisation
