THE ROLE:

Our client is a Leading Insurance Builder who have built a robust reputation as a privately-owned diversified Builder.

Based out of South West Sydney, they are currently seeking multiple Claims Administrators to be the point of contact for their clients & policy holders to triage the claim and coordinate make safes and damage assessments. The responsibilities would include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate, engage and coordinate with Supervisors, Estimators, Assessors & Trades to track the progress of jobs.
Engage with customers and ensure queries and solution are provided in a timely manner.
Manage Make Safe request from triage to invoicing.
Review Trade invoices and assess costs with allocated project budget.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU:




Must have experience within a similar position e.g. as a Make Protected Coordinator, Claims Administrator, Insurance Project Coordinator etc.
Robust track record working within the Insurance Building Industry (MUST)
Experience of using PRIME is highly advantageous.
Are a team player who can get in and get the job done!

Candidate who does not have any experience within the Insurance Building industry will not be considered for this role.
